One Thing I Love

One thing I love about writing is the ability to express myself. It allows my brain to intellectually jog around a host of subjects. It gives you a chance to see my thoughts. It creates the opportunity for discussion.

Sometimes some subjects are hard to write about. That’s just the nature of the topic. I have to navigate my own feelings before I can express them in words. I want my thoughts to ignite yours. We don’t have to agree, but we can discuss. We can learn.

Life is not always heavy nor is it continuously lighthearted. We all go through incredible trials. Some harder than others. Believe it or not, we are not going through it alone. Somebody somewhere is dealing with the exact same situation as you. If they made it through, then you can.

So, I encourage you all to step up to the table and talk to me. Meaningful discussion is critical in our life’s venture. If you can’t or don’t want to, then that’s ok. As long as what God has blessed me to write makes you think, then I’m ok with silence.
